Picked up Bagels from YeastieBoy Baker for the first time today and they are amazing! I got plain, asiago, cinnamon raisin, and everything. The everything smelled incredible before I even opened the bag and the asiago was equally tempting. I tried the cinnamon raisin and the everything for breakfast. They had a nice crisp outside with a soft, dense (but still light) inside. The flavor of both was perfect; they were chewy but also tender... this is not your grocery store bagel. If you're in NWI check out his page and get yourself some... you won't be sorry!
